While the CRTP program is by invitation only, we welcome players who believe they are ready for this beach intensive program to contact us for evaluation. Currently, we have available spots as some of our athletes have progressed to the collegiate level.

Collegiate Recruiting Training Program
The Collegiate Recruiting Training Program (CRTP) is Optimum Beach’s premier training pathway for athletes serious about playing NCAA beach volleyball. This elite group prepares athletes for the next level of competition while showcasing their skills to college coaches.
Designed for players who:

Commit to pursuing recruitment by an NCAA beach volleyball program

Compete in Open-level junior tournaments and national/regional qualifiers

Pass a mandatory evaluation and be accepted by our Master Coaches

Demonstrate a strong growth mindset and dedication to improvement
