Optimum Beach values building authentic and profound relationships with our players. This foundation helps us maintain our reputation as a program offering unparalleled skills and strategy training as well as effective mindset coaching. Optimum Beach was founded in 2014 by owner, director and coach, Pri Piantadosi-Lima, and is committed to delivering this unique and impactful training methodology to all our members regardless of age or level. Teaching players to learn and excel is only the beginning. Creating responsible, accountable, confident and thriving athletes is our ultimate intention.

Coaching, Mentoring, Inspiring – that is what we do. Our uplifting yet demanding culture has produced numerous successful players at all levels from the FIVB, AVP and top 5 NCAA Division I programs, to countless podium finishes.

Founded in 2014 by Director and Founder, Pri Piantadosi Lima, Optimum Beach is committed to teaching and applying a unique and impactful training methodology to players, regardless of age or level. Rooted in Brazilian National Team standards, our program offers an unparalleled training system. The ultimate goal is to ensure that each and every player is reaching their highest potential through personalized attention, safe practices and invaluable learned guidance within a supportive and positive environment.

Our enthusiastic staff is made up of talented and accomplished beach volleyball professionals who endeavor to instill respect amongst our players, equal opportunity and an atmosphere grounded in passion and dedication for the sport of beach volleyball.

We have cultivated a program that truly reflects the community which we serve, recognizing that players thrive under the guidance of a diverse team of coaches, mentors and ancillary sports practitioners as well as beach volleyball supporters.

Named Head Coach for the University of South Florida Beach Program in 2023, Pri has a long career that spans both Professional Coach and Player.
Professional Beach Volleyball Player, 2004-2019 (FIVB World Tour, AVP, Banco do Brasil and The NVL)
Pri has been coached by some of the best coaches in history of beach volleyball. Her mentors have all gathered multiple Olympic births and medals throughout the years. She has also coached alongside some of beach volleyball’s greatest such as Sinjin Smith, Randy Stocklos, Misty May-Treanor, Gene Selznick and Adriano “Ticao” to name a few.
Coach Pri specializes in coaching the mental side of the game, teaching confidence, certainty, mental toughness, growth mindset and helping her players find their intrinsic motivation. She is one of the best coaches in the country at teaching the key to winning in beach volleyball, setting!
​Pri is known for her character, work ethic, volleyball IQ and her strong mental game. Legendary players like Misty May-Treanor, Kerri Walsh, April Ross, Sinjin Smith, Todd Rogers have endorsed her coaching (see testimonials section on our website).

With over 18 years of premier coaching and 4 years of professional beach volleyball player experience, Pepe brings a wealth of international expertise.
Having coached national teams worldwide, Pepe has accumulated many successes. ? Notably, Pepe was the first coach for the Qatar National team to to earn a 9th place finish at “The Rio 2016 Olympic Games” and a 5th place at the 2015 World Championships. He also led the Qatar men’s team to an Asian Continental Cup championship in 2016, secured gold at the 2016 FIVB Kish Island Open, and earned gold and silver medals at the 2016 Asian Beach Games.
Taking on the role of Division Director for Adults & CRTP and Master Coach, Pepe will build upon the solid foundation laid by our Club Director, Pri Piantadosi Lima, and add to our dedication of mastery in beach volleyball training. Get ready for an exhilarating journey as he transforms and refines the skills of not only our elite athletes but also those just dipping their toes into the sandy world of beach volleyball!
Pepe will also help us as a technical and tactical training mentor and assist in the management of our program’s curriculum, helping Optimum to refine coaching techniques across all divisions.
His Olympic coaching experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset for both athletes and staff. Get ready to level up your game as we exceed expectations and deliver results!

Chief Administrator
Pattie Bogda is the hub of Optimum beach. She holds several different responsibilities within the company; overseeing the administrative operations, including human resources, accounting and IT department to ensure that each team is meeting their goals. Pattie manager finances, cost management and allocating resources to departments that need them. As chief administrative officer, she is responsible for facilitating communication between Pri and other employees, including department heads or coaches. She is the point of contact by scheduling meetings, relaying messages and organizing efforts to address any information by staff. Pattie also leads our marketing and branding efforts as well as the coordination of social media and player relations.
